Bandloop keeps your songs, syncs the setlist to every bandmate's phone, and gives you a share link and lyrics teleprompter for the stage — free.

How to build a great setlist
  • Open strong, close stronger. Put two of your best, most recognizable songs in the first and last slots.
  • Ride the energy. Alternate tempos so you never stack two ballads back to back.
  • Mind the keys. Group same-key songs to flow straight from one into the next with no dead air.
  • Fit the slot. Roughly four songs fill 15 minutes with banter and tuning — watch the live count and total time above.
Common questions
Is this setlist maker free?+

Yes — it's completely free and there's no signup. Build your setlist, print it, or save it as a PDF right from your browser. Your work is saved automatically on your device. If you want to sync the setlist to your whole band, get a shareable link, and use a lyrics teleprompter on stage, you can do that free in Bandloop.

How do I make a setlist?+

Start with your strongest opener, add each song with its artist and length, then drag songs into the order that keeps your energy flowing — mixing tempos and keys so no two slow songs sit back to back. Add a 'set break' wherever you split into a second or third set. The maker keeps a running song count and total run time so you can hit your slot exactly.

How long should my setlist be?+

A rough rule is about 4 songs per 15 minutes, or roughly 12–15 songs for a one-hour set once you account for banter and tuning. This tool shows your total run time as you build, so you can match it to the time you've been given — a 45-minute opener, a two-hour bar gig, or a Sunday worship set.

Can I print my setlist or save it as a PDF?+

Yes. Click Print / PDF and use your browser's print dialog — choose your printer for a paper copy, or 'Save as PDF' as the destination to keep a digital copy or email it to your bandmates and the sound engineer.

Does it work for worship teams?+

Absolutely. Add each song and its key or arrangement in the title, use set breaks to separate the opening set, message, and response, and print a clean copy for every musician. In Bandloop you can also store each song's key per vocalist so the same song transposes to whoever is leading that week.
